This page is dedicated to the stallions we have owned and bred. All of these stallions (some now gelded) are special in their own right and have achieved success as individuals as well as siring foals with excellent temperaments, conformation, type and movement that we strive for at Eskdale. To list all of these stallions success and their foals would begin to sound repetitive - for further information on any of the horses listed or their progeny, please contact us.

Hunters Risque Business Sire: Sheikha Bae Dam: Hunters Coco Pop by Midnight Sparks 06/02/05 Bay 'Spott' enjoyed a brief but successful halter career with us, however our decision to focus on purebred Arabians necessitated his sale. Sheikha Bae Sire: Eskdale Espirique Dam: Sarangani Dasjmiri Rose by WN Dasjmir 18/09/99 Bay Closely related to our mares, Sheikha was used lightly as a sire and produced exceptional foals such as Eskdale Sarah Bae. In 2004 he was sold to Sam Watson of NSW as a gelding to carry the flag for the Arabian breed competing as a galloway in open company. Lorelle Mercer Photo

Eskdale Espirique Sire: Amirique Dam:Ambassadors Silver Destiny by Magnifico 21/08/94 Grey Espirique was shown successfully as a young horse and stood at stud until his sale in 2001. After his sale he was gelded and is a successful endurance horse, consistently finishing top ten in 80-160klm rides as a heavyweight. Espirique produced tall, atheltic, typey horses such as halter and endurance winner Eskdale Estiaan.

Eskdale Dasjai Sire: Eskdale Asjmir Dam: Ambassadors Silver Destiny by Magnifico 10/12/97 Chestnut Dasjai is a supreme champion halter horse renowned for reproducing his exceptional temperament and type. He is the sire of Eskdale Mariachi and supreme halter horse Sierra Lodge Gold Dust.

Eskdale Asjmir Sire: Bremervale Wisdom Dam: Eskdale Silver Kimberley by Zarhedahn 08/08/94 Chestnut Born at Eskdale Arabians and shown successfully as a young horse. Asjmir is now owned and standing at Garaman Stud. He produced the supreme halter horse Eskdale Dasjai and is a consistent sire of coloured part arabians.

Eskdale Silver Diamon Sire: Arabian Park Damon Dam: Ambassadors Silver Destiny by Magnifico 09/09/92 Bay As a sire he produced an Australian National Champion Partbred Gelding as well as the wining FEI heavyweight endurance horse Diamond Explorer. Now a gelding and owned by Nicky Lowson, Diamon has successfully competed as a hack, endurance horse, costume horse, halter and pony club.

Amirique Sire:Amir El Shaklan Dam:SH Stephanique by Moatastiq 24/10/90 Chestnut Amirique was the first stallion to stand at stud at Eskdale in 1992. A halter and performance winner, he sired the Reserve National Champion Partbred Gelding Eskdale Firedance who is also a multichampion under saddle. Amirique also sired halter and endurance winner Eskdale Espirique. In 1995 Amirique was exported to the United Arab Emirates as an endurance horse.
